OutRun Hunger 2024

We proudly announce that we are a Sustainability Bowl Sponsor (a sponsorship valued at $5,000) for Rachel Table’s upcoming OutRun Hunger event! Rachel’s Table, a Springfield-based nonprofit battling food insecurity in Western Massachusetts, has been a charity recipient of our 2023 and 2024 charity all-nighters, where we’ve presented grants to their organization totaling $13,836.

On May 19th, Rachel’s Table is hosting OutRun Hunger, a 5K race and 1-mile fun walk raising funds to directly contribute to programs that feed people in Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties. Annually, Rachel’s Table’s programs donate, deliver, grow, and purchase over 760,000 pounds of food.

The race and walk begins at 9:00 am on May 19 at Forest Park in Springfield, MA. We’ll even have a table set up with representatives from WMCD - and we hope you’ll stop by! Can’t make the event? There’s a virtual option, too!
