Westfield Nonprofit Announces ‘Musical Midway’ 25-Hour Teen Charity Event.

The 2025 carnival-themed all-nighter will inspire youth to make an impact in their community.

[WESTFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS] WMCD Inc. is thrilled to announce its fourth annual middle and high school ‘all-nighter’ event, ‘Musical Midway’, on February 28 and March 1, 2025.

The event kicks off with an opening ceremony at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 28, and continues through 8:00 pm on March 1. The all-nighter will feature games, music, dancing, high-energy activities, karaoke, a commemorative shirt, and more for registrants to enjoy. Registration will cost $25 when it opens on January 10, 2025. The event is set to take place in the Youth Rec Center at 127 Holyoke Road in Westfield.

All of the money raised by WMCD leading up to, and throughout, the event will be granted to three charity recipients; Rick’s Place, providing youth grief support, Rachel’s Table, battling widespread food insecurity, and Griffin’s Friends, supporting children with cancer. The WMCD Youth Team-selected recipients will receive their grants at a closing ceremony on Saturday, March 1 at 7:00 pm.

WMCD Inc. is a Westfield-based nonprofit where youth empowerment meets life impact. Driven by a ‘youth team’ comprised of students in grades 7-12, the organization hosts annual 25-hour ‘all-nighters’ that raise funds for local charity recipients.
