We are announcing our 2025 carnival-themed all-nighter, ‘Musical Midway’, set to take place on February 28 and March 1, 2025!

Registration Opens: 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025

  • Registration will cost $25 for 25 hours, with four registration options.

  • All-New Extended Middle School Hours in 2025!

Opening Ceremony: 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025

Closing Ceremony: 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025

Participants range from grades 6 to 12, but any age group can volunteer!

2025 Musical Midway Charity All-Nighter Details:

Friday, February 28th, and Saturday, March 1st, 2025.

The event kicks off with an opening ceremony at 7:00pm on Friday, and concludes with a grant presentation/closing ceremony at 7:00pm on Saturday.

Who:

Middle School and High School students will have unique registration timeslots, which will be announced late 2024.

What:

25 hours of food, fun, games, music, dancing, karaoke, high-energy activities, bingo, and so much more!

The whole event costs $25 for up to four meals, a free shirt, plus all the activities.

The 25-hours of fun will take place in the Youth Rec Center at 127 Holyoke Road in Westfield, MA.

Besides the main gymnasium, participants can enjoy relax & recharge rooms.

Why:

Every dollar raised from registration, combined with generous donations from business sponsors and community donors are granted to three charity recipients, who were selected by our WMCD Youth Team.

But that’s not all!

Our 2025 Charity Recipients are Rick’s Place (providing youth grief support), Rachel’s Table (battling widespread food insecurity), and Griffin’s Friends (supporting children with cancer).
