2024 Musical Midway All-Nighter

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a "Charity All-Nighter"?

It’s a 25-hour marathon of fun! It includes nonstop music, minute to win it games, bumper balls, karaoke, limbo, a free shirt, meals and snacks, ping pong - and much more! It’s the ultimate sleepover for teens designed to create lasting memories! We call it the best night ever.

  • What are some of the activities during the all-nighter?

Our all-nighters have something for everyone! We’ll have overnight music, group games (such as tug of war or just dance), a candy bar, karaoke, bingo, minute to win it games, chill activities (such as board games), a photobooth spot, rooms for rest, and nonstop games and challenges dreamed up by our hosts!

  • When is the All-Nighter?

    February 28th & March 1st, 2025.

Check-in starts 30 minutes before the time students signed up for, which can be all night, all day, or all hours, dependent on their age and what interests them the most.

  • Who is this event for?

We are inviting all middle and high school students to join in the fun - and for all adults to volunteer (and have just as much fun!)

Middle school and high school students have unique registration times, and volunteers pick when they can help - anywhere from one hour to all twenty-five!

  • Who are we raising money for?

Our three recipients are local non-profit organizations selected by our WMCD Youth Team:

Griffin’s Friends (supporting children with cancer), Rick’s Place (providing youth grief support), Rachel’s Table (battling widespread food insecurity)

  • Where does the all-nighter take place?

The Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament parish is graciously donating their recreation center as our 2025 venue, located at 127 Holyoke Road in Westfield. As a 501(c)(3) independent organization, we thank OLBS for their support of our event.

  • How does registration work?

Registration opens online on January 10 and ends on February 26, two days before the all-nighter. It does require an adult to sign safety waivers. It costs $25 for high school students and $15 for middle school students, which includes a free shirt, meals, activities, giveaways, and more! The experience is valued well above the registration cost per student participant!

  • Where do students park, and what should they bring?

Once you register, keep an eye on your email inbox on February 27 for a very important email with this information! Plan on bringining the bare minimum - supplies to sleep, a change of clothes, and your phone. We also have our parking map available online, but all of the relevant registration information will be included in your email on February 27.

  • How can non-students support the all-nighter?

We’re looking for volunteers, donors, and sponsors!

We have volunteer opportunities for everyone, ranging from cooking to medical to security. If it’s in your heart, please consider donating to help us raise money for our charity recipients, or becoming a business sponsor. For more information, email info@wmcd.org.
